A founding member of the Greek Sommeliers Society, founded in 1997, studied in France and holds a Master in European Vineyards as well as a Professional Certificate in Spirits of the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSPC DIPLOMA Level 4). His current interest is mainly in wines. Offering a great selection of wines, he always gives his informed advice with expertise and great care, advice that can range from the simple everyday needs to the most demanding selections from the Greek and foreign vineyards. He also has some important surprises in his cellar since he bottles a “Nouveau” wine made of Agiorgitiko grape and an aged tsipouro (grappa).
